Fantastic service, very helpful on the phone, touch wood I've had no problems so far, neither has my daughter. Very reasonable price, although didn't need as many photo copies that I ordered as people are quite happy with a witnessed photocopy, but that was my own fault.

The whole process of changing my name was simplicity itself. The forms were easy to understand and the speedy delivery of my deed was surprising, but welcome. I would definitely recommend the site to anyone that requires a name change. The concept of changing my name was giving me cause for concern, not knowing how difficult it was going to be.
